We offer flexible scheduling seven days a week including evenings and weekends to accommodate busy UK families.

Yes. Our 3 free trial classes are genuinely free. No credit card is required, and no payment information is collected during the trial period. You attend, experience the teaching quality, and then decide.

No. The monthly fee shown covers all your classes for that month. There are no registration fees, no costs for learning materials, and no charge for rescheduling a class. What you see is what you pay.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts or lock-in periods. You are on a monthly rolling subscription and can cancel at any time with no cancellation fee. We simply ask for one month’s notice before your next billing date.

When three or more family members (siblings, parents and children, etc.) enrol together, each student’s monthly fee is reduced to £20 per month regardless of course. Simply mention at registration that you are enrolling as a family and we will apply the discount automatically.

Every class is a live, private one-on-one Zoom session with your dedicated certified teacher. Sessions are never shared with other students. Teachers use digital whiteboards, audio feedback and structured lesson plans. Parents of minor students may request session recordings for review.

Yes. We have specialist teachers for children aged 4 and above. Our kids’ teachers use child-friendly methodologies, interactive tools and Noorani Qaida resources to make Quran learning enjoyable for young learners. All fees remain the same regardless of age.

Your 3 free trial classes are completely free. No payment is taken during the trial period, so there is nothing to refund.

First Month Guarantee
If you are not satisfied after your first paid month, contact us within 7 days of payment and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Missed Classes
If you miss a class with less than 24 hours’ notice, the class is forfeited. Classes cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice are rescheduled at no extra cost.

Teacher Cancellations
If your teacher cancels a class for any reason, the class is rescheduled or credited to your account. You are never charged for a class that does not take place.

Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the month begins, except in the case of exceptional circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our team.
